So I completely forgot to write my blog by Monday…

Oh well. Moving on. Last week I only completed my stretches two days, but I did find a combination I liked, and it’s through Daily Burn, which I use to work out! My plan is to stretch at least three times a week after working out once I get back to school and have a regularly scheduled life again.

This week, I’ve not been keeping up on my goal of at least a quick shower every day. I tend to shower every other day, especially because of my random work hours. That hasn’t really changed this week even though it’s my goal…

I think this is partly because I hate scheduling showers since they’re supposed to be relaxing and literally cleansing, and also partly because I just really don’t care about my goal this week compared to other things.

So, here’s hoping next week goes better…

Last week: Do stretches for 10 minutes each day. Work on that flexibility, girl!

This week: Shower every day. Don’t worry about your hair, but wash your stinky pits girl!

Next week: Free-write for 30 minutes each day. It doesn’t have to be a story, just get some ideas down on physical paper.
