#Introvert4Lyfe

I may not have reached out to seven people, but I did reach out to four!

That’s pretty good in my book, especially since I have no problem with not reaching out to anyone… #Introvert4Lyfe

Anyway, it was really nice catching up with a few friends I haven’t spoken to in a while. As much as I enjoy being alone and having my physical and mental space, I know how much better I feel after venting and letting my friends vent. This was a nice, controlled way to do that!

I really hope me reaching out may have helped my friends, too. I’ve had so many days where God is challenging me to let Him in, and a friend’s text is His way of doing that.

So, despite still loving my time alone, I had a nice time chatting with friends =)

Last week: Text or call one person each day to catch up and ask how you can pray for them. You should probably start with your grandparents.

This week: Keep a food journal. Just do it. Maybe it will help you?

Next week: Stand or walk around as much as possible instead of sitting doing nothing.
